How Hear Well Be Well Moved Its Advertising Online

Hear Well Be Well is an independent hearing healthcare company with over a dozen clinics across Ontario and nearly 40 years in business. Most of their advertising is now digital, and we run all of it: the website, search, Google Ads, Meta ads and reporting.

Where they started

Like a lot of independent clinics, Hear Well Be Well used to put more of its budget into traditional advertising. But people looking for a hearing test now start on Google, often typing “hearing clinic near me”, and they compare clinics on their phone before they call.

The goal was simple: when someone in one of their towns searches, Hear Well Be Well should show up, look trustworthy, and make booking easy.

What we built

A website built around booking. Every page leads to one of three actions: find a nearby clinic, take the free online hearing quiz, or book a free hearing test. Each clinic has its own location page with hours, directions and a booking button.

Search that compounds. We write and maintain service pages for each of their services, and keep every clinic’s Google Business Profile up to date. Organic search now brings in more traffic than paid ads, and that traffic doesn’t stop when the ad budget does.

Ads with their own landing pages. Every Google Ads offer gets a page built for it, not a link to the homepage. Each one carries the same clinic finder and phone buttons as the rest of the site.

Meta ads. Facebook and Instagram campaigns reach people in their towns who aren’t searching for a hearing test yet.

Reporting they can read. A live dashboard shows calls, bookings and ad spend, and a monthly report covers paid social. Ad spend is reported before tax, so it matches what the client sees in their own ad accounts.

What other independent clinics can take from this

  1. Give every location its own page and profile. People search by town. One page for all your clinics ranks for none of them.
  2. Send each offer to its own landing page. A focused page converts better and tells you which offer worked.
  3. Treat SEO as an asset. Ads stop when you stop paying. Good service and location pages keep bringing people in.
  4. Measure bookings, not clicks. Track what happened after the click, by clinic, and adjust spend to match.

Thinking about the same move?

We do this for independent dental, denture and health practices, and other small businesses, across Canada and the U.S. Ask us for a free visibility check and we’ll show you where customers are finding you today, and where they aren’t.
